I sent my return back and then just waited around forever for the refund to come through. Support did reply, but they weren’t very helpful and didn’t really give me a clear answer. Something feels off when a return is that slow and you can’t get a proper update

I emailed them about my order and didnt hear back for days, and when they finally replied it was super vague. It felt like nobody even read what I wrote. I wouldnt use Noirvere again.

I took a look at noirvere.com because I was curious, but I can’t say it really won me over. There just wasn’t enough clear information for me to feel totally comfortable, and I had a hard time figuring out whether the brand was actually reliable. Maybe it works out fine for other people, and I could be overthinking it, but for me it just felt a little uncertain. I ended up deciding not to buy from it

The dress looked really cute in the photos, so I was excited to get it, but what showed up was a totally different color and the shape didn’t look the same either. Am I missing something? Because it really doesn’t match the pictures on the site.

I pretty much judged this one fast, the tracking said it had shipped, but it clearly wasn’t accurate at all. I kept checking and getting the same wrong info, which got annoying really quickly

I ordered this because the product page made it look like something totally different. When it showed up, the color was "way off" and the fit was just kind of weird. The details on the site really don’t match what you actually get. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order again

I ordered two tops, but one of them showed up in the wrong color. Not the biggest deal, but definitely annoying since it wasn’t what I picked.

The site itself is fine, but the lack of payment options is ridiculous. I was hoping to use PayPal or at least some other safer method, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. Paying by card worked, but I don’t love being stuck with that as the only real option. They definitely need to add more ways to pay.

I ordered the beige one, but what showed up was this strange yellow color? Like, not even close to the photos. I kept checking the listing because I thought maybe I picked the wrong option, but nope. It just looks totally different in person, and I’m disappointed.

I feel like I spent way too much money and energy on this. Everything looked a lot nicer on the site than it did when it actually showed up, and the quality just didn’t match the price at all. I wouldn’t buy from noirvere.com again when there are cheaper options out there that feel the same or even better
